Between card-issuer policies, protection plan fine print, insurance prior authorizations, and subscription cancellation phone trees, it's easy to lose track of what actually applies to your situation — or to miss the one detail that gets it approved. Most people either give up on a valid claim, eat a cost they didn't need to absorb, or keep paying for services they don't use.
