What Niles Desk does
Niles Desk is a warranty claim coaching service. We analyze your coverage, prepare a claim package, and coach you through filing. We do not file claims on your behalf, act as your legal representative, or function as an insurance adjuster.
You are the filer
Because you're the policyholder or cardholder, you remain the claimant at every stage. Administrators receive your claim from you, and every call happens with you on the line.
Fee and refunds
Our fee is a flat $149, billed only after your claim package is prepared and ready to file. Stripe processes the payment; we do not store your card details. You may decline to proceed at any time before payment without being charged. Once the claim package is delivered and the fee is charged, the fee is non-refundable.
No guarantee. Not a law firm.
No legitimate service can guarantee approval of a warranty, credit card benefit, or protection plan claim, and we don't. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If your situation requires a lawyer, we'll say so.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information about the item, the problem, and any prior claims. We may decline or withdraw from a case if material facts are misrepresented.
Changes and contact
